Peach Shelly

The Peach Shelly is a deliciously moist, served-cold bundt cake with just a hint of peach flavor in both cake, and frosting.

It's named after the nice Minnesotan who came up with it.

Here's how you make this yummy dessert:

Peach Shelly Cake ingredients:
1 box Vanilla Cake Mix - Do NOT use one that says 'pudding in the mix'
1 box Instant Peach Pudding
3 eggs
1 cup Club Soda
1 cup Vegetable Oil

Mix all cake ingredients, and pour into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350* for 50 minutes. Cool on counter, and then place in fridge.
Frost cake cold.

Peach Shelly Frosting Ingredients:
1 Box Instant Peach Pudding
1 Pint Heavy Whipping Cream

Whip ingredients together until thick. Frost cake cold, and store in refrigerator. Lick beaters.

Wonderful on a warm sunny day.

Hmm... I should've taken a photo of the finished cake - whoops!

Jack and Sally UnCakes

My oldest daughter does not like cake, so we have to be a little creative for birthdays.

Sally patterned un-cake was made by stacking ice cream sandwiches, then frosting.

Jack is a frozen Marie Calendar's chocolate silk pie. Chocolate curls were removed (Mom tax!) and the topping smoothed out before drawing his face.

The ice cream sandwich cake turned out wonderfully, and was delicious!

UniKitty Cake

For my daughter's birthday, I made a UniKitty cake. She loves UniKitty from the Lego Movie.

The cake inside is RAINBOW!

Just boxed white cake mix, and white whipped frosting from the store. Food coloring, black cookie icing (so runny), and blue gel icing.

EVERYTHING IS AWESOME!
